We have been a family-run business and have enjoyed the fun and experiences this store has brought to us. We started as a very small business in 2002 and by 2005, our store was featured on the The Today Show!
You never know where a small idea and a lot of hard work and effort will eventually lead you.

Even though this has been a great business for us, we simply decided it was time to pursue other interests and responsibilities.

Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Bunny Creek will gladly refund an order or item within 30 days of purchase. Items must have been purchased at Bunny Creek and an original order # is required to process returns. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Items must not be soiled or washed and must be folded neatly when returned. Items returned without tags attached will be given store credit for the return, if they meet the new condition requirements for returning stated above. Personalized items, swimwear, and sleepwear generally may not be returned. Clearance Sales, Bargain Basin prices and other sale or special prices are not retroactive to previous purchases. Special Occasion/Holiday items (i.e. Easter, Christmas, Halloween, etc.) may not be returned after the Holiday/Special Occasion.
If you received Free Shipping with a minimum purchase, we will deduct appropriate shipping costs from your return credit if your order total is below the minimum purchase price after the return.

Items that are sent as gifts can only be returned by the gift recipient for store credit and otherwise follow the same return guidelines as other purchases. We can not give cash (or cash equivalent, checks, etc.) or credit the recipient's credit card for gift returns.

Some of our personalized items, gifts and toy items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. It is imperative to contact us for return information and and RA# for all returns. These items must be returned directly to the manufacturer in most cases. If these items are returned to Bunny Creek without proper authorization, we will add a 25% restocking fee in addition to the shipping charges for returning the item to the manufacturer. Please remember personalized items are not returnable unless you have received the wrong item or personalization is different than requested on the order.
Original shipping charges and your return mailing charges for returns are not refundable. Your return mailing charges are reimbursable if the item is being returned as a result of our error. You may receive store credit or have us credit your credit card for the amount of the return. We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We can not credit a different card. We do not give refunds by cash or check.
In order to properly process your return, you must perform the following steps. These steps are important so that we know you are trying to return an item and we can properly credit your account.
Step 1: Please fill out the Return Authorization Request Form to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will promptly mail the RA# back to you. This RA# will allow us to ensure proper credit on your return. Include the following information in your e-mail.
Please include ALL of this information.
-Your name
-Original Order Number
-Item(s) you are going to return
-Your e-mail address (for sending you an RA#)
-State whether you would like us to credit your credit card or receive store credit
Step 2: Once you have received the RA# and other information from us, you can pack the product in the original box if possible. Otherwise, properly pack the item in another box for mailing. Address the package as follows:

(PLEASE DO NOT SEND TOYS, FURNITURE, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, GIFT BASKETS, AND ANIMAL BATHROBES TO THIS RETURN ADDRESS. You will need further return information from us to process returns for toys and other items that have been shipped directly from the manufacturer.)

Write the RA# on the outside of the package. We recommend that you insure your package before mailing. We can’t be responsible for the loss or damage of the package you are mailing. We must receive the item(s) in original condition in order to credit your account.
Step 3: Ship the package back to us via the carrier of your choice. Remember that we recommend that you insure the package.
We will send you an e-mail when we receive the package. We will begin processing your credit after receipt of the package. Note that it can take up to 6 weeks for a return to be credited on your credit card.
Exchanges:
Because of the nature of the changing nature of our inventory, we regret that we can not accept exchanges.
If you would like to return an item in exchange for a different item, return your item following our return policy above. We will credit your account for the return when we receive it. In order to receive a different item, simply order the new item online at any time.
